Standard Shipping
Items are shipped using a variety of parcel methods including USPS
Priority Mail, UPS Ground, DHL, and Fed Ex Ground depending on the specific
warehouse the item is shipped from. For this reason, we cannot
ship to APO,
or PO Box addresses. A physical shipping address must be
given.
Multiple item orders may ship from multiple warehouses,
however, your credit card will not be processed until all item(s) from your order
have shipped.
Please see specific Product Pages for processing times and shipping times for the items you would like to order.
These processing and shipping times are based on Standard Shipping. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are excluded from these timeframes.
Standard Shipping Rates
$6.95 for order totals between $0.00 and $60.00
$8.45 for order totals between $60.00 and $100.00
$10.95 for order totals between $100.00 and $150.00
$12.95 for order totals over $150.00

items ordered, you may return or exchange the item(s) for full refund
minus original shipping charges in accordance with our below

Return Policy: |
Please review your items to ensure the quality meets its intended use.
If you would like to return or exchange your item(s), please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number from us by emailing your request to
RMA@sportsflagsandproducts.com within 90
days of delivery. We will reply promptly with your RMA# and return instructions.
Once we reply with your RMA #, please indicate this # and request for Return or Exchange on
the 4x8 inch return/exchange card enclosed with your order. If this card has been misplaced, please include a note with RMA# in your return shipment.
If you are exchanging your item for a different item, style, or size,
please indicate name of item to be exchanged for on this card.
Exchange shipping fees are free.
The item(s) must be returned in unused new condition including tags and labels along with original packaging. You may want to insure your return, as we cannot be
responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order
by credit card, a refund will be issued within 10 business days and will appear on your
next billing statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom Orders, Event Merchandise, and Media Orders are not eligible for return, refund,
or exchange. |

our Mail/Fax Order Form.
Gift Cards are also available and are sent instantly to the
